FLUSHING, N.Y. – Those who live in the Queens area can view a segment on Queens College women’s cross country standout, senior Indira Avila on NY1, Friday at 6:45 p.m. NY1’s Jon Weinstein interviewed Avila and head cross country coach, Greg Welch, regarding Avila’s fifth-place finish at last Sunday’s (Nov. 6) NCAA Division II East Regional Championships, and her subsequent qualification into the Nov. 19 NCAA Division II (national) Championships in Spokane, Wash.
