Tatala-Colin is Knights kill leader in loss at Dowling

Linda Tatala-Colin had eight kills to lead Queens College in a three set loss to Dowling College on Tuesday night in Oakdale, New York. The game scores were 25-15, 25-16 and 25-26.

Dowling College also won the first meeting between the two clubs in three sets, 25-18, 25-18, 25-12,  back on October 1st in Flushing.

In addtion to Tatala-Colin, who posted a .353 kill percentage, the Knights also got contributions from Richmond, British Columbia native Suzanne Byrne, senior setter Janice Loo and libero Karen Yu. Byrne had seven kills, five service aces and two blocks, Loo handed out 20 assists and Yu dug out eight for the game.

The loss drops QC to 5-18 overall and 2-8 in ECC play. Dowling improves to 23-5 and 9-1.
