The Purple Knights of the University of Bridgeport defeated the Queens College Lady Knights in three sets on Thursday in an East Coast Conference match-up.

The Lady Knights offense was led by Camila Dantas, who recorded 10 kills and two block assists in her team's 25-17, 25-16, 25-19 loss. Suzanne Byrne of Richmond, British Columbia had a team high 17 assists, Latoya Edward added six kills and eight digs and Erin Eckes of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin tied Edward with a team leading eight digs for QC in the first of two meetings between UB and QC this season.
