Camila Dantas, who made her Queens College debut this past weekend, has been named East Coast Conference Volleyball Player of the Week.

The junior outside hitter from Brazil had 15 kills, 11 digs and a service ace in her first game as a Lady Knight, a three set loss at Southern Connecticut on Saturday. In her second game of the day Camila led QC to a four set win over the University of Sciences with 17 kills and 10 digs.

In all, Dantas had 32 kills, 21 digs and a kill percentage of .347 in the Lady Knights' tri-match.
