Maria has a 30-9 career record in singles and a 27-12 record in doubles in her first two seasons at Queens College. In 2009-10, she went 18-2 in singles and 18-3 in doubles and was named first team all-ECC.

In 2008 Maria teamed with Alyssa Morra to capture the ECC first doubles flight championship. She was also runner up for the #1 singles crown.
