The contributions of three Lady Knights were recognized by the East Coast Conference in their weekly awards announcements. Somadi Druker was chosen Women's tennis Player of the Week while Erika Goldsmith and Brittany Silipo were named Women's Tennis and Women's Soccer Rookies of the Week, respectively.

Druker and Goldsmith were instrumental in the Lady Knights 2-0 start to the 2009 season. The duo combined for #1 doubles wins over Georgian Court University (8-0) and West Liberty State (9-8 [7-5]) while Drucker posted two wins at #2 singles (6-0, 6-0 and 6-1, 6-3). Goldsmith was also unbeaten in #3 singles for QC, registering 6-0, 6-0 and 6-1, 6-2 victories.

Silipo was named Rookie of the Week after registering a goal and an assist in the first half of the Lady Knights' 4-3 loss at Holy Family on Saturday.
