Alicia Lampasso-Dillon has just completed her 18th year as head coach of the Lady Knights swim team. During her tenure she has 142 wins to her credit and her swimmers have broken 18 individual school records and five relay records.
On the national level, Coach Lampasso-Dillon has had an All-American and national qualifier for two consecutive years. Under her guidance, the QC swimmers have also qualified for the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships.
For the last four years Coach Lampasso-Dillon has served as the president of the Metropolitan Swim Conference. She has also been a member of the NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Committee.
Prior to her arrival at Queens, Coach Lampasso-Dillon spent eight years as coach of the Flushing YMCA club team.
Coach Lampasso-Dillon graduated from Queens College in 1986 with a Masters of Science in Physical Education.
