Sophomore forward Andrea Slavin was named to the 2008 NSCAA/Adidas 
NCAA Division II Women All-East Region third team. This follows her selection as a third team all-East Coast Conference all-star.

Slavin rebounded from an injury shortened 2007 season to lead Queens College with 13 goals and 28 points in 16 games. This included a stretch of five games in the month of September in which she scored seven times.
