Christina Cascio scored the first two goals, her second and third of the season, in the Lady Knights' 4-0 win over Mercy College on Wednesday afternoon in Flushing. Christina Salameh and Andrea Slavin also scored for QC as evened their ECC record at 1-1.

Cascio used her head to open the scoring off of an assist from Jennifer Robbins at the 12:39 mark. Six minutes later, Katherine Colon sent a pass from the right wing across the crease where Cascio was waiting to put it in.

The score remained at 2-0 until the 78th minute when Salameh headed in a corner kick from Caitlin Gracia for her first goal of the season. Andrea Slavin wrapped up the scoring with her ninth goal of 2008 with eight and a half minutes remaining.

Lady Knights' goalkeeper Valentina Duque made three saves to pick up her first win and first shutout of the year.
