Before arriving at Queens College, Chloe split her days at two high schools, playing at North Shore as a freshman and a senior and at St. Mary's as a sophomore and a junior.

While at North Shore, Chloe was MVP, High School Hoops all-County (small schools),  conference champion and all-State finalist as a senior and scored her 1,000 th career point on 2/9/09. She was also Player of the Year for Class ABC, Conference 3 and a member of the varsity volleyball team as a senior.

At St. Mary's Chloe was named to the Sholar Athlete team both years and was a member of the varsity swimming team as a junior.
