Jennifer DiChiara and Amanda Bartlett of Queens College were named All-Met Division II women's college basketball Co-Players of the Year Thursday by the National Invitation Tournament and the Met Basketball Writers Association. Tom Flahive was also selected Coach of the Year.

All three were instrumental in leading the Lady Knights to the regular season and tournament East Coast Conference Championships, a 24-7 record and a bid to the 2009 NCAA Division II East Regional.

DiChiara, who averaged 16.2 points, 12.5 rebounds and 2.8 blocks a game, also won the East Coast Conference Player of the Year award and was named an ECAC all-star for the 2008-2009 season. Bartlett led the ECC in scoring with a 18.1 points per game average and was named first team all-ECC for her efforts.
