Jennifer DiChiara scored 22 points and grabbed 15 rebounds and Amanda Bartlett had 20 points and five assists in a 72-69 Lady Knights' win over C.W. Post on Saturday afternoon in Brookville, New York. With the win QC improves to 14-5 overall and 8-2 in conference play.

Queens College held a slim 36-35 lead after 20 minutes but two points from Whitney Murrer gave Post a 43-39 edge with 3:34 gone in the second half. The Lady Knights immedaitely responded, using six points from DiChiara and five from Bartlett to string together a 12-0 run and take a 51-43 advantage just five minutes and 18 seconds later.

The game tightened up again with the home team closing to within a point at 59-58 with 5:42 left on two free throws by Felicia Jones. However, a basket and a free throw by Bartlett with exactly two minutes remaining made the score QC 69, C.W. Post 63, giving the Lady Knights the cushion they would need to close out the contest on the winning side.

With the win Queens College completes the season series between the two clubs. The Lady Knights defeated the Pioneers, 67-59, back on December 3rd to start a 12 game win streak.
