Lady Knights make it 11 in a row, beat NYIT 81-57

The Lady Knights won big at New York Tech, 81-57, on Wednesday evening. QC has now won 11 consecutive games. Amanda Bartlett scored 26 points for the second time in three days to lead the Queens College attack.
Bartlett scored six points over a span of 4:17 to spark a 9-0 QC run that gave them a 16-6 lead. The advantage grew as large as 17 with 3:29 left in the first half but Tech battled back to cut the margin to 35-24 at the break.
The Lady Knights broke the game wide open by outscoring the home team 34-10 to start the second half. Bartlett had 11, Jennifer Robbins added nine on three long balls and Jennifer DiChiara had eight in that explosion, giving QC a 69-36 lead with 10:14 remaining in the contest.
DiChiara finished with her eighth double double of the season - 19 points, 11 rebounds and five rejections - while Robbins and Kara Otterbine chipped in with 12 and 11 points respectively to help the Lady Knights improve to 12-4 and 6-1 in league play.
