Queens College made it nine straight wins as they beat Bridgeport, 73-63, on Saturday evening in Flushing. Amanda Bartlett led four Lady Knights in double figures with 25 points.

QC opened up a 51-38 lead with 17:19 left in the game when Jennifer DiChiara's basket capped an 11-2 run. UB answered right back with ten consecutive points, culminating with a basket by Brittney Robinson with 12:24 remaining to make the score 51-48 in QC's favor. The Lady Knights rebounded and rebuilt their double digit advantage whne Kara Otterbine's two pointer made it a 64-54 gane with 4:07 left.

Otterbine finished with 15 points, DiChiara added 12 and Jennifer Robbins produced a double-double (13 points, 15 rebounds) for Queens College, who improved to 10-4 on the season and 4-1 in conference play. Sidney Parsons led Bridgeport with 18 points.
