Lady Knights Danielle DiGioia and Katie Miracco were named to the 2009 East Coast Conference Softball all-conference team. DiGioia was a first teamer at the utility spot while Miracco made the third team as the designated player.

DiGioia, who has spent most of the season behind the plate, currently leads QC with a batting average .336 and is tied for the team lead in doubles with eight. On April 6th she was chosen ECC Player of the Week for a ten game span in which she hit safely in every game while posting a .630 average with 17 hits and 10 RBIs.

Miracco is hitting .308 with eight doubles, six home runs and 22 RBIs.
