Megan White of Softball and Jesse Smith of Men's Tennis have been named East Coast Conference Rookies of the Week in their repsective sports. Both have previously earned conference weekly honors in 2009.

White, who was named ECC Player of the Week 14 days ago, led the QC offensive charge with a .429 average for the week.  The first baseman from College Point, NY and Mary Louis Academy went 3 for 5 with a solo home run in a 5-4 loss to Dowling and was 2 for 4 with a double in QC's 2-0 game two win at Post (CT).  White fielded 26 chances without an error. She currently leads the Lady Knights with seven home runs.

This is the fourth ECC Rookie of the Week award for Smith this season. In the Knights 7-2 victory over Dowling College on April 11th he defeated Pedro Munoz 6-3, 6-0 at fourth singles and teamed with David Burstein to post an 8-1 win over Dowling's third doubles tandem.
