Freshman Megan White became the Lady Knights first East Coast Conference Player of the Week for 2009. She hit two homers and had an astronomical 1.833 slugging percentage in a 2-2 week for QC.

The College Point native  smacked a two run homer in game one of a doubleheader against NYIT and was 2 for 3 with a double, home run and two RBI in a 5-3 win at Concordia. In four games Megan compiled a .667 batting average, nailed two homers and drove in four runs in six official at bats with 5 walks.
