Christy Sanders returned to the mound on Saturday and threw a one hit shutout in the nightcap as Queens College swept a double dip at Concordia College on Saturday afternoon. QC took the opener 5-3 and game two 7-0.

Megan White and Adriana Faria both went deep in the game one win. For each player it was their second home run of the season. Sara Koumou got the Lady Knights started with a two RBI double to centerfield. White then provided the next two runs with a solo homer in the second and an RBI double in the fourth.

In the nightcap, Faria and Koumou provided the offense to back up Sanders' one hit, seven strikeout gem. Koumou was two for four with 2 RBIs and Faria had three hits and an RBI on four at bats for the Lady Knights.
