Knights fall to #1 Armstrong in NCAA Round of 16
5/13/09 The Knights were beaten 5-0 by the number one team in Division II Men's Tennis, Armstrong Atlantic State University, in the 2009 NCAA Championship Round of 16, played in Altamonte Springs, Florida on Wednesday. Queens College had advanced to the championships for the first time in the program's history by winning the East Reguon #2 title last week. |

Schwartz and Co. rally to win first NCAA Regional Championship
5/8/09 Down 2-1 after doubles competition, Queens College (16-6) rallied to defeat Stonehill College (22-4), 5-2, to capture the NCAA Division II Mens Tennis East Region #2 Championship. Danilo Hiraoka beat Jon Burke of Stonehill, 6-2, 6-1 in sixth singles to clinch the Knights first regional championship in mens tennis. |

Polus and Preston clinch 5-0 win over Bentley in NCAA Regionals
5/7/09 Patryk Polus and James Preston each posted 6-0, 6-0 wins in singles to sew up a 5-0 win for Queens College over Bentley University. The second seeded Knights began the day by taking all three doubles matches from the seventh seeded Falcons in a contest played in Flushing, New York. |
