BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Sophomore diver Moustafa Ibrahim of the Queens College men's swimming and diving team concluded his run at the NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships on Friday, competing in the 1-meter diving event.
Ibrahim finished in 17th place in the event with a score of 328.90.
It was a stellar season for Ibrahim, as he earned Honorable Mention All-America status in the 3-meter diving event earlier in the week. He also set new program records in both the 1- and 3- meter diving events this season. He broke the 1-meter mark at the SUNY Maritime meet with a score of 528.10 before setting the 1-meter record with a score of 483.30 at the Metropolitan Conference Championships.
