In his three seasons at Queens College Gerald has 306 points and 305 rebounds in 82 games. He is also a career .500 shooter from the field, connecting on 126 of 253 attempts.

Gerald made his Knights debut on 11/22/06 versus Felician College and scored the first points of his collegiate career against St. Anselm College on 11/22/06. He grabbed a career high 13 rebounds on 12/3/07 in a conference game versus Dowling and registered his lone double-double on 1/2/08 at Dominican College with 12 rebounds and a career high 17 points.

While at St. John the Baptist High School, Gerald was named all-Long Island and all-League while averaging 12 points and 15 rebounds a game.
