Felician beats QC in closing seconds, 73-70

Ethan Kennedy's three pointer with 34 seconds left in the game was the difference as Felician College defeated Queens College, 73-70, on Saturday evening. Mike Liander came off of the bench to lead QC with 19 points and 12 rebounds. The Knights return to action tomorrow in the ECAC Holiday Classic against host school Caldwell College at 6 pm.
The Knights fell behind early and trailed by as much as 12 points in the first half. The last 10:37 of the contest featured six lead changes and four ties with QC taking their first lead of the evening with 9:39 remaining when Edil Lacayo connected from three point range to put them up 59-58.
QC moved ahead 68-67 with 48 seconds remaining on a Terrell Simmons basket but Kennedy answered with a three pointer 14 seconds later to put Felician up for good, 70-68.
Kennedy led Felician College with 21 points while Khaleef Allicott had 17 points for QC.
