Adelphi University beat Queens College, 76-53, in an East Coast Conference clash in Garden City, New York on Sunday. The game was the Knights' third in three days and fourth in five days.

Adelphi took command of the contest midway through the opening half with a 10-0 run that gave them a 19-9 lead. QC would never get closer than eight points the rest of the way.

Lamont Lans led the Knights with 13 points while Khaleef Allicott added 12 and Lawrence Young had nine points on three long balls, all in the first half.
