Khaleef Allicott led all scorers with 23 points as the Knights won at Mercy College, 79-62, on Wednesday. With the victory QC sweeps the season series between the two clubs.

The Knights started quickly, riding seven points from Mike Liander and five from Allicott to a 14-0 lead. Liander had nine and Allicott added eight over the first 20 minutes to enable QC to take a 12 point lead into the break.

Mercy didn't go away, pulling to within a basket on three different occasions in the second half. With the score QC 55, Mercy 53 , Queens College went on a 17-5 run to take a 72-58 lead with only 2:09 remaining. Allicott accounted for 10 points in that spurt.

Liander ended the evening with 18 points and 10 boards and Greg Tull had 10 points on a perfect five for five from the field for the Knights.
