Knights shooters stone cold in 67-51 loss to NYIT

The Knights connected on only 30% of their field goal attempts in dropping a 67-51 decision to NYIT on Wednesday in Old Westbury, New York.
New York Tech led throughout, using a 12-4 run to take a 20-8 lead with 11 and a half minutes gone in the opening half. QC shot 23.1% from the field, including one for 12 from three point range, in falling behind 31-19 after 20 minutes of play.
Things didn't get any better for the Knights in the second half as they found themselves behind 56-33 with 7:34 left in the game.
Mike Liander led Queens College with 10 points. Khaleef Allicott and Martin Singleton also had eight each for QC on the night.
