Lesie Busch was named Assistant Athletic Director for Student Welfare and Strategic Initiatives in the fall of 2007. She is also the Assistant Coach for the Lady Knights' Softball team.  

Leslie enters her third year as part of the softball staff.  She is a graduate of the University of Albany where she earned a B.A. in English.  As a four year started and two year captain, Leslie helped Albany's Division I softball team to the 2005 and 2006 America East conference title and two NCAA Regional bids.
