Ten shutout innings from Friedman in 3-0 win at C.W. Post

Brian Friedman shut out C.W. Post for 10 innings and the Knights rallied for three runs in the 10th for a 3-0 win in Brookville, New York on Monday afternoon. Friedman limited Post to five hits and a walk while fanning eight to pick up the complete game win.

Jared Stoler led off the top of the tenth with a single to center, and Jeffrey Gomez followed with a  walk. A throwing error by Post starter Pete Budkevics on a bunt by Luis Rojas scored Stoler and put runners on second and third. Reliever Glen Hudson gave up a two-run single to Tom Mercantante that would be all the run support Queens starter Brian Friedman would need.
