NOTES: The Queens College men's tennis team has started the spring campaign with nine straight victories and is currently in Florida facing off with out-of-region opponents in hopes of strengthening its resolve for the upcoming outdoor portion of the season. The Knights will have six matches in six days beginning Monday against Augustana (S.D.) and against foes that include NAIA powerhouse Georgetown (Ky.) and Division II Florida Southern College and Barry University. The QC softball team is also in Florida for a few days more as the Knights will take on West Virginia Tech and Silver Lake College on Wednesday before returning home to Flushing.

QC baseball hosts Bloomfield College on Wednesday before welcoming in Assumption College for a three-game series this weekend. The Knights took one of three games from Shepherd over the weekend and will be looking to improve upon their 2-6 start to the season when the Knights host a Bloomfield team that just came off a 2-4 trip to Florida and a sub-.500 Assumption squad that had the same record in its six-game swing at Rollins College. The Knights are also looking for a couple more wins on the lacrosse field, hosting Nyack on Thursday and Wilmington on Saturday. Queens defeated the Warriors of Nyack by five goals last year but will be looking to avenge a 14-10 loss to the Wildcats of Wilmington from one season ago when they host WU on Saturday at 1 p.m.
